Our Story
Almost 20 years ago, two classmates, Zhou “Joe” Yi Hong & Xue Song, set out to create SolutionKeys. Our goal is to bridge the gap between what’s available overseas and what our customers deserve to have.
Since then, opportunities presented themselves one after another. We grew and expanded into industries and countries that enlarged our vision for the future. There is real value our customers gained from our expertise, and SolutionKeys made an impact on the industry.
Our secret lay on the ubiquity principle – listening to the pain of customers, focusing in depth on technical solutions with a human touch, then “getting things done.”
Customers become good friends, interactions are a wonderful experience, and work is a mild lifestyle.

Our History
Established Beijing office as Apple Authorized Reseller and Apple Authorized Service Provider.
For the first time, Apple was introduced to schools for expatriates children in mainland China, providing a complete service system and management solutions in terms of program compatibility and technical support.
Became the first Apple Tier1 Reseller in China to place direct orders.
Expanded business to Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou and other areas in East China.
Shanghai branch was established.
Entering South China.
Operating in 150 schools for expatriate and bilingual schools in China.
Introduced the use of Jamf, became the first Jamf Authorized Reseller in China.
Become a Jamf key service partner and authorized integrator.
The “Laptop Storage Cart” obtained the utility model patent certificate (Patent No.: ZL 201420732464.7).
The first smart charging locker adapted to BYOD project was developed and successfully launched.
Smart charging locker received orders from Hong Kong school customers.
Hong Kong company established.
Introduced Schoology to China for the first time (later acquired by PowerSchool).
Jamf business expands to Taiwan, Hong Kong and other regions and countries such as Korea and Singapore.
The technical team is certified in a whole bucket of certifications including Jamf Certified Expert (JCE), Jamf Certified Administrator (JCA), Jamf Certified Technician (JCT), etc.
